I just bought a bracelet for my neice and have to travel to Sydney tomorrow morning. With 20 minutes before closing mister minute helped me engrave the Gift before closing. It was the sweetest service and the Gift looks fabulous

I needed to connect two remote controls, one to an old mechanism and one to a new. I brought two remotes from the business. The connections were not copy book. The owner made countless callers to me and sought advice from many experts. He was about to make the half hour trip to my place when finally both remotes started working. The only payment was for the two remotes. I cannot commend this business too highly.

Staff were friendly, but very misleading information resulting in trying to charge me a lot more than originally quoted. Not happy with way the way they do business. Not how you treat customers. Won’t ever be back. Will use a small local business from now on.

My daughter's experience when ordering this engraving job was very poor. The shop owner was completely disinterested in what she really wanted and snapped at her about the font. He then produced this rubbish in the photo which is not centred and poorly spaced.

Great service and I definitely will be back as I took a wedge heel in to get fixed as a stitch had come loose and could only be professionally fixed. He said to give him 20 minutes and when I came back it was all fixed, when I asked how much he said nothing as he didn't do much!
