We'd been trying to sell our property for a long time. We tried three different agents. One of them claimed that he is number one in Australia but he brought one offer in three months which was lower than our purchase price. He showed none interest in selling our property. Other two were equally keen but were less responsive and and started pointing flaws in our property and convinced us to sell it for lower price.However, we had a quite a different experience with Maninder at Vantage plus real estate. He is very promising and hard working. He gave his full efforts on advertising on our property. The first inspection was held for two hours. We got more than 100 enquiries and a couple of good offers and the property was sold in the first week and offer was way better than we expectedThank you Maninder for your dedication and hard work..

He was never frank and kept evasive for more than a week after he obtained all the required papers and called the References, although I asked him if he wanted more money, but he was evasive that he didn't want and just waited for the owner's answer and promised to reply within a day but he evaded for more than A week later he made two inspections and gave the house to someone else. It's rude to let people wait while you intend to rent the house to someone else.

Not honest at all , we applied for the application and kept us waiting after he called all the references for a week . We asked him what are you waiting to give us answer for renting the property !!! but he kept saying we were collecting the documents( we provide all documents needed ) . It’s rude to promise to call and give an answer every day and keep people waiting!!
