Nail n Forever

I emailed with my nail tech to agree on an appointment time to get my nails done for my 21st. When I arrived my appointment was written in the book but the nail tech still hadn’t arrived. I waited around for 30 minutes and she never arrived! The other lady told be ‘just 3 more minutes’ at least 5 times and I eventually just had to leave. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Good price but so rushed. Cuticles were not well removed because nipper wasn’t sharp, and shellac turned out lumpy.

The lady who did my nails was rushing, bit rough as well with the pusher, one of my toe ended up bleeding. Poor job with the shellac application, very uneven and had bubbles. Questionable cleanliness on the tools they are using. Also, I dont mind if the staff use their native language when they speak amongst each other but I felt really uncomfortable sitting there and listening to them while they were talking and laughing out loud endlessly while working on my pedicure. Overall, very bad experience and will not come back and recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I have tried so many other nail salons in Sydney and they don't compare to how good the quality of work here. The staff were very nice and professional. The price is very affordable and worth it for this high quality of nail art. Highly recommend!!!

I went to have my eyebrows waxed with my daughter and it was a terrible experience. I do not recommend it. This girl completely damaged my eyebrows, changing the features of my face and when I complained, the solution was to put on a tint and it was worse, although she apologized for the damage, it was already done. fact, just like my skin and my daughter's skin is quite irritated despite the fact that more than 8 hours have passed, Terrible experience

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The lady doing my pedicure butchered my toe getting an ingrown out. I barely slept from the pain and a lot of bleeding. I asked her to stop due to the fact she kept on cutting what ever she was cutting while I was in pain. After I asked her to stop she said no if I don’t take it out it’ll cause more pain. I have never had anyone make me bleed while taking an ingrown out and it looks like it’s getting infected. The lady doing my nails was laughing while I was whimpering in pain and said sorry it’s just funny but it wasn’t. Everyone handled me in a rough manner and not very gentle. I was very shocked at the service I received and can guarantee I will never ever visit that place again and neither will anyone I know

I love my nails so much! Very meticulous and professional service! Would recommend it to every friend who loves nail art!

I have been going to Nail n Forever for the last 4 months after the owner of the previous salon I went to sold the business.I couldn't be happier with the great service. I get eyelash extensions, acrylic nails, waxing and pedicures.Lucy and her team are fantastic. Today, Helen did my pedicure and it was the best pedicure I have ever had. I've been getting pedicures monthly for the last 20+ years.Highly recommend Nail n Forever!!
