After coming onboard initially unhappy with our original manager - the care and professionalism and attention to detail of Mr Maurizi gave my family and I safe environment to live in. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I AM A TENANT at one of the commercial properties they lease in Epping. Our personal circumstances have changed as we were victims of crime earlier this year. I requested for a lease transfer and brought my own tenants in to take over the lease since November and they have never updated me, their holiday is on the 23rd of December - 9th of January. This time has stalled and we have stayed in the warehouse for longer than necessary due to their lack of initiative and unreasonable timeframes.I tried calling Riccardo everyday and he has blocked my number so I cannot call or message him. He has not returned a single one of my calls despite receptionists saying they would pass on the message. I have submitted an application to the Victorian Small Business Commission to help me resolve this dispute.We also had an issue with the warehouse, every time it rained the water would heavily leak under our doors and wet stock or anything near the roller doors. I have addressed this twice already and no solution has been made. Messages ignored as usual.The director of the company Tony Brakis is extremely disrespectful, he spoke to me in a condescending way and basically shut down all my concerns by questioning sarcastically how many leases I've looked over.IF YOU ARE A LANDLORD LOOKING TO USE LEASED & SOLD - rethink your decisions and please do your due diligence, they have no responsibility or duty of care towards tenants, as a landlord you should also have a duty of care towards your tenants. I had to call and disturb the landlord because Leased & Sold blocked me.I am now speaking with lawyers, this is a nightmare situation.

I have been a tenant with Leased and Sold for 7 years. My experience with all staff members has been exceptional including the Receptionist and Senior Property Manager Ricardo. Any problems or issues have been sorted out immediately. The staff are always available to tenants, and they are very friendly and approachable. If you are looking for a team that will listen to you, respect you and go out if their way to assist you then this is the place to go to.
