Great experience throughout. Sam has been great to deal with through the whole process. We had a very stressful settlement due to difficulties with financing and he did what he could to help. Communication was always good and he is a really nice guy. He might even make me think that real estate agents aren’t that bad after all. Lol. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone.
