I was looking at 3 washing machines, and didn’t hear her say one was sold. When I realised I moved to the other one, saying oh well, no use looking at that one then. She mumbled something about I should listen, but would not repeat it when asked.She lost herself a sale! I was very interested in what she had!!Why do people need to be rude??? It is beyond me!

DO NO USE them. No interest in fixing the machine, just collecting call out fees. Initially wanted to replace computer for a motor issue. Came out a 2nd time no resolution. Contacted the office to report issues with technician. Was told a senior technician would return my call. still waiting... 2 weeks later call, 6 weeks after inital call-out. another company fixed the issue in 48 hours 1 callout 30 mins labour

My oven wasn’t heating properly … the chap came out & I explained the problem, he checked it out & told me the part needed & would contact me with price.They rang me & I accepted the price & booked a day. They rang & confirmed appointment 2 days prior with an expected time. He rang me with expected arrival time on the day, he was there when he said he would be, part replaced & all good again.Can NOT fault the service.ExcellentThank you

Loved the service, the receptionist was very helpful, they came quickly with delivering my washing machine and fridge and when I had a problem with my washing machine they came straight out to fix it. The comment below is also inaccurate just to put out to anyone who wants to get a proper review, they don’t go to some areas and I’m sure the lady below wouldn’t want to pay extra for them to come so far out.

Extremely disappointed with the service.. I told them what model my fridge was & that I needed a new thermostat as it was freezing everything. They came out a whole 10 mins & charged me $140 & then rang me back & said they no longer make that thermostat so fridge is useless.. Hubby takes thermostat to Aiden appliances in Blacktown & for $80 got new thermostat.... Waste of $140.. wish I earned $140 per hour

If you have a modern whitegoods appliance don’t bother with these guys. Try google for a fix, if that doesn’t work save your money and just buy a new one.Modern appliances a made to be disposable, not fixable.Twice, I called these guys out on too separate occasions and both times ended up buying new. Wasted $300 ($150 per call out)Ether they don’t know what’s wrong with it or the parts cost just as much a new unit.They’re not the type of company that will help you locate a cheaper part or save you money.

I had a problem with my oven so I called these guys & & they came straight out & fixed it! No hidden charges & my wife said the gentleman was ridiculously helpful & exceeded our expectations in customer service. Highly recommend! Thank u.

Poor and extremely rude customer service. The person who answers calls is abrupt, rude, condescending and Richmond deserves another appliance repairer as this Business is really awful to do business with. Zero communication, long wait times, rude attitude and clearly feel they are above reproach or providing customer service. Do not make use of them is my advice.
