Inconsistent customer service, very disappointing as a long time serving customer. Truth is that they might or might NOT call you when your contract reach its initial 12 months term. Although I'm pretty certain that I was told I would be called to discuss at end of terms when I did sign up. It did happen the first time (awesome) but not the second time costing me an extra $500 dollars in rent. Very disappointing and might deter me to use their services once again.

We are new. Opened 3 June and overhead could be high if you pay everything in Cash. I was introduced to Jason of silverchef. We are able to get the equipment at a low monthly payments which are tax deductible. It allows us to save up to pay the balance in 12 months. We just wished we knew about Silver Chef on the onset as we had bought some equipment in Cash.
