They don't even bother to return calls..neither answer your phone

As an user of their rangehood and gas cooktop, I have to say the exhaust capability of the rangehood is not good, and the 5 burner cooktop got 2 burners not working properly. Poor quality considering the prices.Reply to owner's response:* What makes you think all the online IDs are real names when you do a purchase?* WHAT WOULD BE CHANGED IF I PROVIDE THE PURCHASE EVIDENCE? The result will be as simpe as ' sorry sir your product is out of warranty and you have to paid $$$ for us to repair it'. So I opened the poor cooktop and measured the size of igniter, which is 35mm.* As a matter of fact I have already called for repairing once before. If counted together 5 burners got 3 with problems!* When you say there has been never been any issues with your rangehoods or cooktops, ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY YOUR PRODUCTS ARE PERFECT? Even No.1 product in the world got issues. Your attitude toward a customer complain is AMAZING.No I would not confuse Goldenhood with others as it's recommended by a friend. I bought exactly at whitehorse road store. However, another friend and I both found the exhaust capability or your rangehood is not good.Toward a customer complaint, you can either find a solution for problems, or you can accuse the 'customer' intentionally make 'false statement'.SUIT YOURSELF.
