I have found the girls at the Rosebud branch a great help and very pleased with the effort they put into finding me work. They were always more than happy to assist me. After switching from another provider due to non-care factor, it was so refreshing to find the opposite with the Sarina Russo team Rosebud. Kirsty, my assigned officer was very professional, caring and most of all encouraging. Since Shelly left its turned horrid. Just get hounded daily for payslips from different people, even tho I have provided them. When you say no as I got the job myself which I always have, they cut you off payments.I have switched agency and I am still getting hounded for a payslip that i already gave. I don't owe you payslips for a job you didn't get me so you get your bonus for getting me the job" I have only have been helped once which was from Shelly but thats it. If anything it's just causes me more stress even tho I work permanent part time they hound me more than ever.Never again."

during my time being registered with this office I have found that all staff have been more than happy to assist me with any job related enquires I've had in particular my consultant Shelley. Not only has this Person tried to help find me suitable employment her commitment to my personal welfare is very touching RE checking in on me to make sure I am okay cheers for that level of care.
