Came in with a leaking Radiator. Nance at the front desk was super helpful in diagnosing and finding the parts needed. Unfortunately they were too busy to fit us in. But Nance happily found the parts I needed and sent me to repco to tackle the job myself. Thanks Nance, you’re a Legend

Best Mechanic in WA, maybe Australia!I booked in to have a CV joint repaired after damaging it at Steep Point.They dropped me off and picked me up from the caravan park, which was awesome.They had already ordered the replacement parts when I booked in.Unfortunately, the CV on the other side was also damaged (they offered a photo and an inspection of the damage to the other side).I thought, Oh no

Have just had my car in to diagnose a possible steering issue, car is near new and under warranty but no service agent within 500km. Ben and his team made some time to get me an as we travel full time and wanted to get it checked over sooner rather than later. Diagnosed this issue so the dealer can organise a warranty repair now. Great service

Friendly, honest and transparent service. We heard a strange noise from one of our front wheels and they diagnosed it, ordered parts, repaired it, and showed us the broken part and clearly explained the problem, within a week. We feel lucky to have been able to get in at Gascoyne auto service and they saved us from potential disaster! Just to add that their great service went beyond mechanical, we were given a lift into town and picked back up while waiting for our car to be fixed. Highly recommend.

We arrived in Carnarvon with mechanical issues. Gascoyne Auto Services we're able to help us out. A very big thank you to Nancy, Ben and Mitch for going above and beyond what would be considered excellent customer service. Ben and Mitch even came in on the Saturday to get us back on the road. Without their help we would have been stuck in Carnarvon for another 3 days with no accommodation. We highly recommend if you are in the Carnarvon area and you need mechanical assistance then give them a call. Sincere thanks Bob and Noela.
