Emerald Planet

I have ordered some goods with the instructions to send them with any other courier than TNT - since they don’t deliver to us. Unfortunately Emerald Planet were unflexibel, wouldn’t engage a different courier and canceled the order.

I had a great customer service experience recently. I contacted Emerald Planet about a product which has been discontinued for last few years. As this light was installed at my place for a while and started having some issues, I just wanted to replace them. When I called Emerald, I got through to their Domestic Logistics Manager (Esti Fernandez). She patiently listened to my problem and informed me about the discontinued product. But instead of leaving me to sort it out myself, she went out of her way to help me by exploring all possible options. She discussed with some of her colleagues regarding that and even sent me few lights, which she thought could be a possible replacement of my old lights. I am highly appreciative of her help and had a great experience, dealing with Emerald.

We have worked with Emerald Planet on the in-home-display project, which included software integration and product distribution. Their level of service is impecable, product delivery timeframes are fantastic, and their logistics and IT departments that support the project are very strong.

Emerald always go over and beyond to help out any way they can, even for the small Businesses. there products are well suited to the QLD environments. This is by FAR the best lighting manufacturer we have bought our lights from. The staff is really friendly and they take pride in their work. Not only that but they always go the extra mile for their customers. Their products are the best ones and when I say the best ones I mean it, for example when we used to buy other brands, for every 1000 downlights we used to buy we would get about 15 that would fail, with Emerald Planet we have gotten maybe 1 failed light out of every 7000 lights we buy.But is not just the great service and quality of their products, in addition, they look after the shipping and logistics!!!!!In other words I LOVE EMERALD PLANET!!!!!!!

Great service staff good products and they do keep you updated on stock arrivals etc. The only thing that lets them done and hence the 4 stars is the Bonds Transport they use to ship their products. I have had 3 orders to date not delivered as indicated in SMS messages received or via email confirming the package is on its way. Also the reference number provided by Bonds to Emerald does not allow you to track your actual package.
