Excellent staff and can try help you enough

I have been trying for over a week to get approved for a fridge as im moving ages away from anyone i know with 2 young ones and wont have a fridge when we get to the new place. No matter what they ask for I immediately respond even though I am extremely busy as well. All I have asked for today is a simple yes or no if I can get the fridge or not. All i got in return was them wanting to know every single little detail of my banking, knowing i am leaving a DV relationship of 11 years they now just keep saying we will get around to it". Claiming to have one staff member for QLD rentals right now that is a blatant lie. It really isnt that hard to give a simple yes or no answer
