Extremely rude customer service.I rang to order a product that I had viewed in another store. I thought I would buy locally but will now travel back to the original store in Brisbane. The man on the phone told me to order online. I have him a product code and he said what do you want me to do with that. I’m sick of poor customer service.

I had a very good experience with Leone when trying replace a toilet seat. She took the time and care required to be specific about measurements and different products which was extremely helpful, given that this is not an exact science. Very happy with that level of service and courtesy so can recommend the business happily. Thank you, Leone.
