Classic Pools

I had a brilliant experience with Classic Pools installing an in-ground modular in Brisbane. My block has difficult (steep and narrow) access and the pool site itself is very sloped. Nothing can be craned and custom concrete construction was going to be very challenging and expensive. I had never considered modular as an option until I saw examples of how they can be finished with decking like at the Classic display.I ordered a 6.1x3.6m rectangle with deep end from Classic. Mark was helpful with advice and organised an installer for me. The timelines and costs Mark estimated ended up being accurate almost to the dollar, even though my installation was difficult and the installers needed to bring in rock breakers to complete the excavation.I had the pool decking and fencing built by Kiemann Constructions, who Classic recommended, and love the results.Everybody I dealt with from sales to the installation partners and the builder were professional and considerate, forthright about what to expect, timing, pricing, etc and helpful at handover.I ordered in September, the pool was installed and swimmable (temporary fencing) in November, and fully completed (with deck and fence) in December. Overall the pool and deck were about half the price and a quarter of the time as concrete would have been.

Great staff. Excellent service! Highly recommend checking them out if you are looking to add a pool to your property. They also have a excellent range of pool equipment and general pool maintenance products at competitive prices!

Do not buy.We had problems from day 1The liner is thin and teared very easily. We had parts missing.the cleats that hold the join together are rusted and bulging, the water inlet from the pump leaks and the skimmer box flopps about alot with no support.The installation team was horrific.Slap dash.They did such a poor job that the sand and lume base was sooo thin the rocky base they put down first came up through the liner starting to cause small holes everywhere.They also crashed there car into our fence.Very unprofessional.They have no integrity and no responsibility they will blame the installers who in turn blame the product and you will have no warranty or way to have the issue fixed.Once the pool us sold to you they will wipe their hands of you.I hope this post helps you choose another pool manufacturer.

Carla was good to deal with, Jarrod, Carlos and team were amazing. The pool looks great only problems were their computer system said the bigger pool we ordered would fit and didn’t so we had to go a little smaller which is fine. My husband rang to find out where our pool cleaner was as it wasn’t here , he spoke to Mark, Mark doesn’t seem to care much about customer service because he was pretty rude on the phone.Overall I’m extremely happy with my pool

Getting a pool installed in our backyard soon. In ground and with a deck. We love Mark at Classic Pools! He was so friendly and helpful and explained the whole process as well as answering all our questions. Will follow up later with pictures! The price was very reasonable and the pool comes with a 20 year warranty!

The whole process was so easy. From picking a design and planning to approvals and installation. Communication was excellent every step of the way and even when the weather caused delays the team managed to get it done. We are very happy with the results

Mark & Courtney have been a pleasure to deal with right from the start!!! Very responsive which makes things so much easier. Mark never attempted to up-sell and was very honest when it came to making decisions.When it comes to installation, Soren and his team at QLD Pool Installs are legends! They did a great job with the install and have been there if I have any questions after the installation.Highly recommend these guys.

Classic Pools project managed the whole process so well. From supply, council approvals, ground work (our pool was partially in ground and part out) installers and temporary fence hire.From start to finish the build was done in two days. We are so happy with it... now looking forward to the deck going in.
