I tore my left calf doing aerobics about a month ago, for the second time this year. I didn't get physio the first time, but felt that I should do something about it if it was becoming a chronic problem.Bobby Park helped me get back to doing aerobics really quickly - faster than the time I didn't seek treatment, certainly. His exercises were focused and very rapidly relieved my pain, and after a few consultations he had me in the gym testing out my calf's mobility and endurance. Once he gave me the all-clear, he left me with ongoing exercises and advice to protect my calf going forward.I am once again enjoying aerobics, and I hope to help Bobby in his stated goal of never having a patient return with a repeat of the same injury." :)"

I have been going to warner ave physio for about 8 weeks and so far it has been excellent. I have been with 3 previous physio's and none of them has fixed my shoulder such wasted time and money. I have been seeing Bobby Park and he has shown me concise and constructive exercises, that aims to strengthen my shoulder. Right now it has never felt better. I now see him regularly for my knee and hip pain as well.I am thankful and would definitely recommend him for your physio treatments.

I went to see Bobby Park for rehabilitation post ankle surgery. Bobby is an exceptionally nice guy, very knowledgeable and thorough in his approach and treatment. He took the time to review the surgeon’s notes on the surgery and determine the best course of treatment. His techniques and exercise programs ensured that constant progress was being made both during and in between sessions. Bobby knew the limits of my ankle at each stage of what ended up being a 3 month rehab process and was keen to push me in order achieve the best result possible in the shortest amount of time. It is now 6 months post-rehab and 9 months post-surgery and my ankle is feeling basically as good as it did before the multiple tendon rupture occurred. Thank you again Bobby. My name is Richard i had a bad lower back problem since 2010 i see soo many Physio but no one help me with my back problem until i come across to Bobby Park he help me reduce the pain and also give me some instruction on how to keep my posture correctly and how to do a proper exercise to make my lower back stronger when i was at his office i have a very bad pain he did some manipulation on my back and i am surprise the pain is gone.
