Sensory Park Dog Park
It could be a good little fenced dog park, but Central Coast Council need to do more work my little dog fit under the gate because the soil has moved. I was safely in the park when one little dog escaped and run on to Showground Rd!!! #centralcoastcouncil

Fenced and good size. Normally one or two other dogs there so be aware if your dog isn't a fan of socialising. The dogs have torn up a lot of the grass near the gate so it's pretty dusty at the moment -keep mud in mind if coming in winter. A good sized built in drinking bowl which your dog won't be able to knock over or accidentally turn on. People are by and large very friendly but not everyone seems to bag up so watch out.

The dogs loved it... relaxing for owners as it is enclosed... our dogs are good off the leash, but this was very relaxing. October 2022: lots of friendly dogs there this morning. Super fun for the pets. Early is best as parts are exposed to sun. If you have a hound: beware of the brush turkeys. I love the multi coloured tail of this canine... wish I could do it to my dog. APRIL 2023: Dog just loves it.

Not a huge area. On one border of the park, there is a body of water that is smelly and stagnant so if your dog likes to swim, you will have to keep a close eye on them. This water goes out beyond the bounds of the dog park. It is reasonably well attended after work hours.

Pretty relaxed. Fenced in and there's a nice park for on lead walks not far

The fully fenced dog park was a joke... not suitable for small dogs as the fence along the waterside is just flexible orange plastic barricade that is not secured at the bottom... any dog could get through it.The park was a complete grey dust bowl - what a disappointment. My little dog never got off the lead.I will not be recommending this park to anyone. Information on the park was totally misleading!

No fencing one one side leading to a smelly muddy body of water, of course my puppy jumped straight in. He was white going in and black coming out. Also with the swamp brought heaps of mosquitos. Will not return unless there is a fence. Mt Penang parkland dog park far better with a clean lake for them to swim in.

Sensory Park Dog Park
Great little park, fully fenced with room to run and lots of big shady trees and spots for dogs to sniff to their hearts delight. Water on tap as needed, clean (thanks everyone!) and there are usually spare dog bags available, too, just in case.My only requests to the powers that be: could we possibly concrete a metre or two with drainage around the water tap (there is always a huge mud puddle which my pup loves to lie in when he gets a chance). Also the gates are starting to misalign and getting tricky to shut (need to lift gate to close latch).Overall however, probably my favourite dog park in our area. Thank you!

Sensory Park Dog Park
FALSELY advertised as a great friendly dog park with plenty of space. It is a dusty cage full of clueless owners who have NO control over their dogs!! While being there 5 minutes my dog got cornered and a large husky was over excited and territorial, intimidating her and trying to be dominant, now a dog that’s owner is the pack leader DO NOT display this type of behaviour ever!! Upon leaving the park a large mix breed puppy who’s owner also had no control over him was swarmed by all the dogs in a dominant, aggressive and territorial manner was bitten and the other dogs owners had to come run and pull their dogs off the puppy. Though I think the park is small it could be a great place if not for clueless owners who have no control over their dogs. This park is an accident waiting to happen!!
