Don't try calling for an appointment.. they don't answer. If you do get through don't be surprised if they are booked out for about 2 weeks in advance (I struggled to understand this when they don't take booking calls?) You would find better medical services in Ethiopia.

Great surgery. Dr Martinez is brilliant and the nurses are kind & caring. Ive been to this surgery 3 times in the past 4 weeks (which is a 3hr round trip each time) and have not been disappointed. The booking process is easy, reception staff friendly and wait times acceptable. Definitely my Dr and surgery of choice in the region.

A long start to 2021, but if it were not for the professional staff at Ayr Medical Group; notably Dr Siva, his professional commitment to his work and even more importantly, the health and well being of his patients, even the ones that test his patience..

Totally agree with other review, waited for close to an hour thinking I was in a queue, only the realise that the phones had switched over but there were no staff answering them... left 2 messages asking to arrange a consultation when they opened next & nothing... poor form I’d try elsewhere first...!
