Make it clean has the best customer service Ever!They have been looking after my home for 2 years and every time I get more impressed with the high standard delivered!

Feeling a bit heartbroken with the quality of the cleaning and ripped off. Had such high hopes with 3 cleaners but it was very rushed, I didn’t feel like my booking or my money was worthy, a priority. Where they did clean was good, except for one of the bathrooms where we still found dirt. I cleaned quite a bit after they left. Instead of sending cleaners to redo the work (I’ve seen the generic replies to the people unsatisfied) they should be giving a discount or refund because when the work is done incomplete or poorly, you don’t really want them back in your house. Cleaners were nice, they needed more time, I think the company over books them and they have too many to juggle in one day which isn’t how it should be. Quality over quantity. They have so much potential.Replying to the owner below:Cleaners stayed for 1 HOUR. Constantly reminding eachother thst they had 1 hour. Please be transparent and say that you sent 3 people to do a 3 hour job in 1 hour. It’s not the same thing as a proper 3 hour job, it’s not the same quality.I didn’t get the call you said you would make.100% do not appreciate the response for the work done. Do not make it seem like it’s the best you could have done.

I have used Make it Clean for a number of years, and they have always been reliable, responsive, and clean to a very high standard. Cleaning day is my favourite day of the week!They have also been flexible with working around my baby’s changing nap times.

Make It Clean cleaning services are amazing! They are so quick and efficient, the place looks pristine and they always go the extra step. Eg. The stamped and folded toilet paper and the meticulous wiping down of surfaces that leave it dust free all week. Trustworthy, reliable and the best value for money. I’ve had a few different cleaners and these guys are actually the best of the bunch- all from a school Facebook recommendation!

I needed the walls and ceilings in our bedroom washed down ready for painting. I couldn't have done this myself these days, but Make It Clean did a great job for me. Lovely friendly cleaners and staff.
