As with other reviews, had a very rude male pharmacist, made unprofessional comments and was completely unhelpful. Will not be back here.

This store scammed my brother who was just trying to quit smoking. Sold a broken vaping device and then only refunded half the cost. You can expect to hear from the rest of the crew. Hope you enjoy one star status.

I have always found the staff very helpful and friendly.

They put item aside for me and drove 40 KM to collect. Very friendly and helpful!

Imagine loosing a local person, their friends and family, who is a repeat customer. not only for your store, but for your entire brand because your policy" refuses full refunds on faulty products. Because you think it's more profitable to anger your customers and SCAM them for $20. If you are reading this.. do yourself a favour and go to the family chemist just down the road. Where they actually understand that selling broken goods does not pay off."

Very disappointed with the appalling quality of service. I ran out of my medication on Thursday 7th October and went to get more medication, my script had expired though. I asked the chemist if they could give some medication for the next day or so and give me time to visit the doctor for a new script. She refused to do so. The medication is Effexor and you aren't supposed to miss a dose. Anyway, I went to another chemist and easily obtained my medication. I explained what had happened to the other chemist and was told what Chemist Warehouse did was illegal and I shouldn't have been refused the medication. I will never return to Chemist Warehouse for any reason ever again.

I will not enter this Chemist Warehouse again.Asked advice on fish oil supplements, and was told to “read the label.Second visit i was initially ignored by attendant filling shelves, then told to go look for item somewhere in the back of the store.Terrible service. I find the smaller Chemists much more service focused and they will get my custom from now on.

Great chemist! Staff are always super helpful and nice. I dislike the lighting so -☆ ,, sorry. It just gives you a headache if u stay too long. Other than that awesome place. I buy my fabric softener here. I bought some homoeopathic melatonin the other day and it didn't work which was a sad but expected, it takes a bit more to knock me out. Turns out, it had pollen in it for some reason and I've broken out in hives so I think I'll have to go back and get something for that. Great lip balm selection.

Seems to be alot reviews similar to the one I'm about to write, about the pharmacist not dispensing peoples medications.I take Venalaflaxine daily, have so for years and have my prescribed script from the doctor.The young asain man pharmacist refused to give me my medication that says on the box do not stop taking abruptly"

I stood at the front of this store at 0715 on Tuesday morning waiting for it to open. It was meant to be open at 0700. I was looking for urgent medication.Much better service at Carseldine. Skip this place.
