Simple little restaurant with exceptional food. Owner/chef is super lovely. Food is fresh and if you are enjoying a drink at the local bar (Jumping Goats) they will bring your food to the bar to eat in there! Fabulous!

I often get take away meals from them and they are not bad. Normally the choice is between the Pad Kee Mao and Pad See Ew, with tofu or chicken, or the occasional fried rice.Based on my taste, it's probably the best one in the area, with balanced flavours and quality consistency. However, if you tend to prefer firmer noodles and vegetables cut in small pieces, probably it's not the right one (although I wouldn't know a better one on the peninsula, yet).Other than that, honest place with honest prices and decent portions. Never dined in, but I would only recommend it for an unformal meal.

Best Thai food on the peninsula as long as you don't order through menulog. I have ordered take away three times via Menulog.First time driver was rude and refused to give me my food,because he clearly couldn't read the restaurant notes about the address.Second time,same deal no notification of meal being left out on porch too go cold.Again tonight driver can't read restaurant notes and delivered my food to the wrong unit and food left on porch to go cold!!I rang to speak to the manager and the response is to contact menulog!No offer of refund or discount.Greatly dissapointed!!

Excellent food, my sister orders here often and bought some food for takeaway dinner one day, I tried it and it was delicious. I have been to Kobs before, but not as good as it is now. Favourite entree is the Pork Skewers perfectly cooked with a sweet marinade and comes with a special sauce. The beef massaman curry, garlic pepper stir fry dishes are very tasty and full of flavour! The staff are also lovely. Kob's Thai I think you are earning your place as being the best Thai on the peninsula. Well done.
