Needed help replacing my Aus passport. Herman walked me through whole application. He was very patient and helpful, making sure each step was correct.Really appreciate his time, as it took a good 35/40mins.

Very friendly and efficient staff! I didn't know I have to make an appointment for passport renewal and just walked in. The man, whom I believe is the business owner told me that I actually need to make an appointment. However, there's still 15 minutes till the next appointment. So he proceeded with my application to save me a second trip to the PO. I like the way how they accommodate customers. It's always my favourite PO.

Extremely happy with service provided at this post office. Really helpful and accomodating staff. We applied for passport for family - didn't have appointment but they accommodated us on same day. Were provided full guidance and tips before appointment time so our application was accepted hassle free and saved us another visit.

My experience with Post Office Parkwood was a mixed bag. While there were certain positive aspects, I encountered some frustrations that left me feeling a bit upset and disappointed.The main issue I faced was the lack of professionalism exhibited by the staff. It seemed like they were not fully familiar with the process, as they requested unnecessary additional documentation. To my surprise, I was able to complete the necessary progress using the exact same documentation I had initially provided. This inconsistency and lack of knowledge on their part was disconcerting.Despite this setback, I must mention that there were positive aspects to my experience as well. The staff was generally friendly and responsive, and they did make an effort to assist me throughout the process. However, the lack of professionalism and unnecessary document requests dampened my overall satisfaction.

Herman is an asset to this store. A very smooth operator, helping me sort out my passport renewal was a breeze with him. Very well organized, was patient with an error that was our fault, and explained everything we need to know. 5 stars.

I am so happy this is my local post office. The staff are so friendly, helpful and polite. I have a PO Box here and even though I only go in to the store once a fortnight or so, I always get friendly smiles and am greeted with my name. They really went out of their way to sort a problem with my email notifications and always patiently try and get me the best postage options on my international mail and parcels.

I had a marvelous experience with the staff at this post office. The lady who processed my son’s passport application provided an excellent service. I will be returning for future post service at this office, truly recommended!
