We chose Mineral Pools Queensland (MPQ) because of Cam's pool & building knowledge and connection to other trades we used to complete our backyard reno.A project of this size is not without challenges so having trades that have worked together before made for a seamless connection between the pool (MPQ), patio (Portos Construction) and retaining wall construction (A-Team Earth works).Cam’s crew were professional, hardworking and worked with us the whole way enabling us to build our dream pool.Cam was great to work with, his positive and problem-solving approach allowed us to overcome challenges throughout the build. He turns up with a smile and worked hard to rectify problems that arose.A big THANK YOU to Cam and all the team for a job well done.We LOVE it and this summer has been next level with our fantastic pool area. We would build with MPQ again.

Cam, Mick and the entire team at Mineral Pools Qld were absolute amazing! We cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism, knowledge and customer service. From the moment we booked an appointment for a detailed quote, everything went smoothly. Cam turned up on time, took his time to measure the size of our yards as we were undecided where we would place our pool. Cam explained everything well in the way people with no prior knowledge for pools would understand clearly and we decided to have a front yard pool to utilise the dead space and to have a bigger size pool. Mick was our site supervisor and he was available 24/7 for all of our questions and nothing was ever too much trouble. All the communication throughout the whole process and the quality of all the trades to complete work including landscaping were also excellent. If we ever become in a position of building a pool in the future, we would definitely ask Mineral Pools Qld again! What an outstanding pool company!

It’s a scary process spending a whack of money building a pool, but we absolutely and unequivocally made the right decision.From our first meeting to hand-over, the communication was always fabulous. Despite it being a difficult dig with a tricky access, and a wife who couldn’t decide where the heater should go, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. All trades throughout the build were punctual, hardworking, polite, meticulous, and accommodating.At our first meeting we felt an honesty and confidence with Cam, and I am so grateful we made the decision to go with Mineral Pools. We are extremely happy with our pool build through Mineral Pools Qld. Everyone from start to finish was amazing to deal with, very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.Even when we had to move things around because of other work on the house they were very accommodating and understanding.To Cam, Hayley, Scott, Mick, Craig and all the trades thank you so much! We love our pool! I know it will get a lot of use once it gets warmer. I’m sure the kids will be in over winter too!Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with this amazing pool company that delivered well beyond our expectations. Cam and the team were simply exceptional from start to finish. They took care of everything from the design to the dig, formwork and concreting, tiles, pebbles, and filtration.What really impressed us was how they went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we wanted. We had hoped for a pool that got to 2.5m deep, and despite the challenges, they were able to make it happen. The end result was a breathtaking pool that has left me and my family speechless.The team they enlisted to help build the pool were equally impressive. Each one of them did a fantastic job, and the attention to detail was incredible. Even when there were unexpected supply delays, they kept me informed every step of the way and found workarounds to ensure the project was delivered on time.I cannot thank Cam, Kate, Hayley, Mick, Scott, as well as Tony, Dermot (and the dozen or more who helped it all come together) enough for their dedication and hard work. Mineral pools first attended our blank block of land. They then came back during construction, they were so helpful, knowledgeable and professional at every step. Help with changes in design, then adding a spa, nothing was a problem. We had our pool started on time, had clear communication throughout, all quotes were spot on, and we are very happy with after care too.We fully recommend this company, and all the staff for anyone wanting a quality pool, with ethics, attention to detail and assistance on colours, tiling, position, depth, equipment ……everything you want in a pool builder.
