Wellbe Bulk Billing Counselling & Psychology

The lady I seen moved told me to go to her other office at kograh then tried to tell me i had to pay even though i had a mental health plan and it just made me feel worse

I have been suffering from a severe depression over 10years and I had a couple of session from wellbe psychologists.. They are not caring practitioners at wellbe.. They refuse to see certain patients like me who too depressed.. just don't want to hear about it.. gave me one phone call saying as ' please look for other organization's if you need to see a psychologist.. I did not expected much from public service but Wellbe is pathetic, no integrity, heartless mental care service to the vulnerables..I strongly recommand to people who suffering from depression please stick to family... family is only one who genuinely cares about you.. Do not seek rubbish help around you they really a piece of rubbish.. please be strong and hanging there for the family..Sincerely xx

No smile from the doctor.Didn’t use my name or seem to care about me. He Sat at far end of the room and we had to talk across the chairs.He had no idea how to help me. Very disappointing interaction with a professional.

I don't normally share bad feedback because it is often subjective but i felt i have to raise awareness to this as it is extremely concerning.I was booked in to see Dr. Vidya Sagar Athota as he was the earliest available appointment. I was suffering from major depression and anxiety and asked to see a clinical psychologist but was booked to see Dr. Vidya who is actually a social worker as i have recently found out. I had a video appointment with Dr. Vidya to which he arrived and called me 10 minutes late. I emotionally explained how i was feeling and what was happening for me at that point in time to which he replied how many hours do you sleep" and "hows your work life" which had nothing to do with the topic i was expressing concern about. I was confused so redirected back to the topic i wanted to discuss again to which Dr. Vidya again said "yes i understand

SCAM - nothing to do with holidays as this happened way before thenI had clearly specified the need to see a Clinical Psychologist as I take medication- they set me up with a Social Worker. She was extremely unprofessional in email correspondence, using all caps and showing hostility when she claims she couldn't reach me for the last appointment I had with them (before cancelling the service). I had no missed calls and had to go through a lot of trouble to get a refund on the basis of wrongful charge.Don't use this business; I feel worse from having dealt with them. I now have a deep embedded distrust of psychology clinics, so they have actually added to my issues of mental health when their duty is to treat them.
