I love this boxing class and actually look forward to going. Gary explains everything in detail and you actually learn technics as well as get a good workout. Can’t wait till the 3 week challenge is back!!

Garry is an amazing coach with great knowledge on boxing. I have been training with Garry for about 4 years and he has given me the tools to become a much better boxer, and has also educated me on fitness and the correct biomechanics when it comes to boxing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a coach that doesn’t just provide you will health tips, but also motivation and coaching in every day life. If you’re looking for a coach Garry and blue cattle dog boxing is the only choice.
