Erin and her team helped me with the sale of my mother's unit. Erin's legal knowledge and professionalism gave me the confidence to act on my Mum's behalf. She communicated with me every step of the way and was always available to answer any questions I had. Everything from the registration of the Power of Attorney, right through to settlement and dispersal of funds, was done in a timely manner. Whenever I visited Oliver & Co's office, there was a really pleasant vibe between the staff. I highly recommend Erin and I look forward to her assisting me again in the future.
