Forever New Nails

Absolutely disgusted! Went in to get a simple set of pink acrylic nails and they went ham with the filing. Made them so thin! I got an emergency call half way through and wasn’t paying attention to the nail lady filing off half the acrylic so when she finished my nails and I wasn’t happy she got so angry and started yelling at me. These were for my birthday and I tried explaining this but she wouldn’t look at my nails and just death stared me. I had to still pay $40 - ended up going to my normal place and they removed them and did an amazing full set on in 15 minutes.

Overall extremely poor service and unqualified technicians. I have been to Forever New Nails a few times now as it is my local and I have had mediocre to bad experiences multiple times now. Just today, I’ve been pinched too hard on 3 nail beds (fingers and toes) to the point of bleeding and no apology or remorse from the technician. I also asked to keep my nail length as I had been growing my nails out for weeks and the technician filed it all the way down on one nail. Now I have one short nail amongst the other long ones. Uneven shaping. I also asked for a glitter top coat over white and the coat left yellow stains all over my nails and I had to ask for them to redo it as I was unhappy with yellow nails.I would not recommend for anyone. I will travel further now to get my nails done as I have had enough of the poor service here at Forever New Nails Butler.

Rude staff, long wait. Didn’t give me a colour choice until 30 seconds before she painted them, and then didn’t have the colour I picked. They say their eftpos machine is down but really they just want you to pay cash. Nails are not great and they are expensive. Would recommend any other place.

it was first time got my nail painted as I am a nurse , the lady who did it was very rude and instead of explaining the process of drying she being rude.

Sorry to do this because I came here when it first opened and had a lovely experience. However, yesterday - no.I was rushed, snapped at, my hand shooed away when I wasn't ready - nails are unevenly filed and different lengths. There is a smaller tip on my middle finger left hand than there is on my right hand.I have photos of all.I went in with a set idea in mind with a photo that my mum took of her nails at her salon. I should have went there, but I remembered I liked it here last time I went.Anyway, was told that I couldn't have ombre as she didn't do it anymore. Ok fine. So I had to look for a new colour.Took me a while and they became annoyed and gestured at me in frustration as I was looking at the SNS by mistake and not the acrylic.It's a lot of money to get nails done, nobody throws away $65 without thinking it through. I had decided to treat myself as I was feeling really depressed. Walked away feeling more depressed than when I went in.. I should have said something once I'd gotten to my car and looked closer but my anxiety had kicked in and I wanted to go homeReally disappointing ladies. You've lost a loyal customer I'm afraid

I have been to this location twice and can say… they are great!The staff are attentive and make sure I am happy with my nails at every step of the process.I have loved my nails the 2 times I have gone! ☺️Below are the photos of my nails the past 2 times I have been.

The way they treat their customers is actually unbelievable I don't even know how they're still in business? They don't listen to what you want, they are sooooo rude, and the prices listed on their wall is apparently incorrect" as I was charged extra. When asked why it's that much they said the price in the wall is wrong because it's too high to get up to and fix. Not good enough!"

Worst customer service, 2 ladies fought with me for trying to find a colour of my choice. Didn’t give enough time for the top coat to dry up and my nails don’t even look good enough. Charged me extra 10 dollars without giving me any time to understand what it was for. Not going ever again. Bad behaviour.

Vicky The lady that did my nails was so rude. I politely asked her if she can fix one of the acrylic nail that she's done but she argued with me on how it's 'just minor' and that because 'it was put on wonky' (her words). In my mind I was like well why is it wonky then but didn't tell her. And she just went on and on about it arguing with me. I wasn't even trying to argue I was polite and just wanted my nails to look even. She said even if I go somewhere else I wouldn't get the same results.Result was horrible. It looks so thick and tacky. Coating was uneven for $125. To top it all off they got my choice of nail polish for my hands wrong.Not coming back here again. Also would not be recommending this to anyone.

Quick and skilled. Really impressed with the outcome. Ombre acrylics.
