Pukara Estate

I have visited Pukara Estate a few times now including their tasting room at Denman in the Hunter Valley and also at the various fine food shows. I must say their products always taste the same which is wonderful. Their cook book is full of ways to use their fresh extra virgin olive oil with fresh, clean food experience. 5 star!

Came across the Pukara Estate stall at the French Market this morning. The stall attendant was extremely patronising and rude to my partner, her mother, and I. We are all long time customers and love Pukara Estate products, especially the Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar. Unfortunately such a negative experience has made us entirely reconsider whether this is something we will continue. We were planning to pay a visit to the Hunter Valley location, however will no longer even consider it. Extremely disappointed by the experience provided by the Pakura Estate staff.

Wonderful products, terrible attendants. If you provide a service that draws adults to your shop then you have to expect kids will occasionally be present.It's clear they understand this in principle, as they provide an array of toys that would entice any child. However their attitude would seem to contradict that assumption, as the snotty attendants, Trude & Prue, restricted 5 kids from touching them and thus the kids touched some expensive Christmas baubles and made a lot of nose.Suck it up ladies, this is what having kids looks like 24/7I give them one star for the wonderful views of open cut mines on the way to their grove.

Called in today could not fault it. The most welcoming friendly staff, clean facilities, had a picnic lunch relaxing in their outdoor area listening to the soft rustle of the leaves in the Olive trees. Purchased the most delicious variety of oils, dukka, mayonnaise, vinegar and skin care products.

We saw that this venue was highly recommended so called in whilst staying at Muswellbrook and were not disappointed. I am interested in various aspects of cultivation generally and found that most of my questions were answered informatively. The staff member who served us is a person who obviously had a passion and interest of her own for the products and so could speak from both personal experience and from the perspective of the production company as well. The shop has a wide variety of olive oils with a range of infusions, and most of these were richly flavoured whilst not overpowering the base olive product. Likewise, the vinegars were richly flavoured varying from fruity infusions to the more standard products one would expect to find. Other products such as farm-made Dukkahs were available and we were shown how to match the olive flavours to the particular Dukkahs. On the whole, this was a great educational as well as palate-pleasing experience. As someone else has mentioned, the prices were not cheap, but then neither was the quality!

Really nice products, though certainly not the cheapest. A huge selection to sample making it difficult to pick one or two to take home. The flavoured oils such as wasabi oil and lime oil were pretty unique, and the chilli oil will knock your socks off.

Upon arrival was greeted by the most lovely lady who was very patient as we tried oils after oils and vinegar's after vinegar's. Bought 7 bottles and will be ordering more online as i could eat the caramelised vinegar all day!

Fabulous. Coffee fabulous. apple and rhubarb cake moist and sensational. Best pit stop I’ve ever made. Toilets were immaculate. So clean Rhonda does an amazing job!!

Lovely olive grove nestled in the Lower Hunter Valley.Rhonda was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with the tasting.Very nice locally made produce and a wide selection of oils, balsamic vinegars and condiments of offer.

Beautiful place! The staff is welcoming and they have a variety of lovely products. Pukara Estate is definitely worth a visit.
