Their sales department have not interpreted the sizes correctly and have refused to rectify the issue without making me spend more money. This is after they delayed the job nearly 2 weeks. Unacceptable and will not be coming back.

I have recently purchased a tradie trailer, it is a very solid well built trailer and that meet all the criteria i required. The team at ASTSS were great to deal with through the whole purchase process and I would recommend them very highly.

Rang these guys about the price on an 8 axles for trailers we are building... got quoted 450 plus gst each.....almost double the price for the same item elsewhere so I ring him back, James from memory, and ask him why the difference on a 2.3m 45mmx45mm with Ford hubs ....he says, that's the price that comes up. So I ask him to justify the difference of almost $200 per unit...yea, that's our price, we stand behind it. Yea, I stand behind it too.......a long way behind it at your competitor's counter

Poor quality and dangerous products and poor service. I had 4 new hydraulic brakes fitted to my boat trailer, 15 minutes after leaving the shop one brake fails and locks on cooking the pads and caliper. I was supplied a replacement caliper, fitted and all worked most of the time with occasional dragging brakes that I had to manually release and loosen. At 4500klms (15 months old) I had bolts fall out of one of the pistons which caused the piston to rattle around and created a major brake fluid leak while towing 3.4 tonnes on the highway. Upon inspecting the remaining brakes I found a seperate brake in which the pad had fallen off the backing plate. Now I had no brake fluid, one destroyed caliper and one wheel without a brake pad and was 2500ks from home. Called All States and they expressed concern with how poor, unacceptable and dangerous my situation was and told me they were replacing the brakes after a few phone calls. As I was stuck without brakes I rang a few days later to get a delivery eta and was told “the boss had changed his mind as the brakes were 3 months outside the 12 month warranty”. Having 3 out of 4 brakes fail within 15 months and only 4500klms suggests you are producing a poor quality product that is putting families in danger and your customer service doesn’t care about the safety, cost and inconvenience your inferior products cause to customers. I recommend to steer well clear!

If you have a boat, then my advise is go somewhere else. I spent $3800 3 years ago and now about to start again. In this time I've had brake linings come of the steel backing plate. Took 3 days to change out 3 brake pads, as I had to cut / grind the bolts as no grease was used at assembly. 4th wheel yet to be done. Now I'm finding the brake piston are jamming in and out ( keeping brakes on) which now means brakes aren't working as designed. The spring fitted look very sad for 3 years old. My advice is only fit stainless steel rotors and calipers with ceramic pistons, might cost more but you'll save money long term.

Very helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble and the parts I purchased we at a great price. I would recommend this business. And apparently they are a local family business which is even better

Have lots of stock which is great - but the prices!!!!! Almost double other providers in some instance. Whilst stocks are tight we have little choice but to support companies like this, when things return to normal however I will not be using you again.

I needed electric brakes fitted on my 1978 Millard caravan. I took my caravan to All States Trailer Spares and Sales to see if it was possible. The team there was incredible. From my first phone call to bringing in the caravan for a quote. They informed me of the jobs progress and completed the job in a timely manner. Now my 78 caravan can rock and roll (without the excess roll) due to my new brakes! Thanks ASTSS.
