Arrow Building Group have provided a fantastic service and product for the construction of a three bedroom unit on a sub-division block. Prior to construction, I spoke with a number of builders, however, Arrow Group were able to guide me through the process of both the construction process, as well as facilitate connections with relevant services to speed up the process for the sub-division application. During the project, I requested a number of variations and on each occasion, Arrow accommodated my request. All variations were extremely reasonable and on occasions, Arrow suggested certain variations which actually resulted in cost savings (again, there was no pressure but the advice provided by the team (Chloe, Shane, Abby and Geoff) was all done with my interest at the center. I would not hesitate to build with Arrow again. Whilst Arrow come with the connections and cost savings of large volume builders, you also get the benefit of dealing with a business which is a close knit team and customer focus orientation. 5 stars is simply not enough!!

Extremely POOR quality & service. Not Recommended!The door through to garage, I paid extra for the lock, they didn't bother giving me the key. Just gave me excuse after excuse.I have 3 exhaust fans NOT installed properly 1 of them has electrical fault & 1 Smeg fan fell off in the kitchen.Horribly disgusting!

Awful human beings that take pride in being rude and offensive. A group of 14 year olds with drills, and even louder. Why the company would hire people like this? It reflects horribly on them.Also the music they blare at all hours of the mourning is terrible.

Arrow constructed 1 house and 3 attached townhouses in Mitcham for my development partner and I. The build was very well-managed by Chloe and the resultant build quality great. Looking forward to another development with Arrow.

We can not speak highly enough about Arrow Building Group. The team were just so easy and professional to deal with, especially Chloe our project coordinator. Nothing was ever too hard. They were so committed to seeing the best outcome for our house and the communication every step of the way was just 10 out of 10.They were thoughtful of our neighbours, the site supervisor was always around to answer questions and just so easy to deal with. Any questions or changes were answered within a day, any minor issues or details that we wanted changed were done straight away. Even now that we have moved in the follow up and customer service is still exceptional. I have already recommended them to family and friends without hesitation.

Live about 10 metres away from one of their building sites. The trades they employ are generally rude, inconsiderate and arrogant to the local residents. Arrow show no appetite to properly manage them as is their responsibility. Concreters and roofers seem to be the worst. Wouldn't use these people for any project of mine.

I recently sold a home in Rowville which was built by Arrow. There were some issues which needed to be fixed under warranty and Arrow have been nothing but helpful, professional and easy to work with.I’ve worked with several builders in the past and most are quite difficult and unhelpful when it comes to fixing issues once the property has settled.After submitting the warranty claim on my client’s behalf we had an inspection with the builder booked for the following week.Very impressed.

I'm very happy with the job these guys did. Prior to starting the build I heard a lot of bad experiences from people that went through this process with other companies and thought the same will apply to me. This was not the case though. The build process went smoothly and completed on time. I did conduct most of the inspections using private inspector and he did find issues (as this is what he paid to do :) ) but Arrow addressed everything quickly and professionally. There were times of course when things got lost in communication and items in variation costed more than I expected but the bottom line is that I would build with them again.
