The owner is very committed, enthusiastic and dedicated for the saloon. She not only values staff and clients also use the best materials and luxury brands to keep the highest level and quality. The staffs are so friendly and specialist in their job. It's been 1.5 year that go to this shop for my nails , each time happier than the previous sessions.Thanks Anna

Hands down the best nail salon in Sydney. All the staff are so friendly and extremely professional, not to mention also very talented at what they do! You get first class treatment here. Could not recommend more!

Love my new look nails but what stands out is the customer service. They truly understand how to treat a customer. Easy to book, they’ve been on time and do great work- very on point! Love the Chanel hand cream as a finishing touch- very luxe!

Instant regret! Lived in many places around the world and this is by far the worst! Came here because they sell themselves as a luxury salon (what a joke!!!)…luxury where???. They all just looked miserable and unapproachable. When other ladies entered they smiled with warm welcome! Btw this is the mosman branch not sure about the double bay one but I guess I won’t find out because I won’t be going back!.. From the moment I enter they were very dismissive maybe because I’m black!. Oh yes I said it! They give straight racist vibe and I’m not surprised given not one black person worked there. Booked a acrylic full set and manicure with express pedicure and the nail tec told me they can’t do my pedicure because I was late (mind you I called to let them know I’ll be 10 mins late and they said ok). No reason why 10 mins should prevent me from getting a full service even if they had to accommodate someone else before me. At the end of my nails service I asked the very dismissive receptionist since they won’t do my pedi can they just polish the toes she told me no because was 10 mins late! Nails don’t take more than 15 mins to polish! (Since I was 10 mins late then correctly I had a 15 mins window of opportunity where they could polish my toes! Again I got big time racist vibe! By the end of it I left feeling super anxious… it was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been at a salon. Luckily my fiancé was close by and offered me comfort!

Finally!!! A nail salon which is relaxing and professional. The fit out is gorgeous, the receptionist so welcoming and offers you a drink and chocolate! the ladies are amazing and it’s a joy.It is more expensive but for me it worth the $55 for a manicure to feel pamperedWell done team x

It is always such a pleasure to support a local business that offers a premium product and a consistent, luxurious guest experience. I go here for my Bio-Gel Manicure (Anne does the most perfect job every time). The staff ensure you are comfortable and are so polite and professional. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience. As soon as I stepped into the salon I was greeted by smiling nail technicians and ushered to the luxurious (and comfy!) spa seat. I immediately fell in love with the beautiful finishes, marble basins and gold tap-ware, how lush! All the staff were so welcoming and the ambiance was so inviting. I enjoyed a relaxing shellac manicure and pedicure and treated myself to the paraffin foot mask, it’s a must! I highly recommend you book ahead online or phone prior, especially on a Saturday as they are non stop with back to back clients. So excited to have such a beautiful space like this in Mosman. Looking forward to my next visit.

I decided to go to Laque Nail Bar in Mosman as I was about to start travelling overseas for a month and thought I'd spend more money than I normally do to ensure the acrylic lasts...I was wrong.I paid for a full set of acrylic which was so thin (wafer thin) that within a few days started to chip so I ended up having to get them done overseas.There is no need to pay extra to go here, it's definitely not better than the usual nail places it's just dressed up to appear that way.
