I live interstate and wanted to send some flowers to my elderly Mother who was in Mater Hospital, Waratah. I wanted to use a local florist as I like to support local businesses. I could not have picked a better florist as the flowers I ordered online were identical to the ones that were delivered, if not better. I ordered them late last night and they were delivered this morning. My mother was just over the moon and it put an incredible smile on her face. Thank you so much to all staff. Highly recommend using Belflora as you won't be disappointed.

I ordered Valentines flowers for my partner Madeleine and she was totally wowed with how beautiful they were. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so lovely and quick with the whole process. Definitely a place I will continue to buy flowers from in future!

Such a disappointing experience. Ordered a rainbow wreath for ANZAC day. They shut up shop at 4pm the day prior and never contacted me to let me know, not even a call. They just locked the doors with the wreath inside and didn’t answer multiple contact attempts from multiple people. So sad and such a waste of money and flowers. Whilst they did agree to a refund, acknowledgement or apology was not forthcoming. I should have know to collect at 10am apparently, without being told.Downright disrespectful to treat this wreath with such disregard.

I bought a birthday bouquet here last month and the service was pretty ordinary. This afternoon I came back for another arrangement, and the staff members completely ignored us. Are we invisible? I was very disappointed and can't understand how your staff can behave like that working in the customer service industry. I have been a long time customer of Belflora for their great selection of flowers and convenient parking. A simple greeting shouldn't be too much to ask for but apparently is. We wouldnt recommend nor will we be returning until staff find some common decency.

Toni organised our wedding florals at an unparalleled price with passion, enthusiasm and professionalism. I called Toni 3-4 days before my wedding asking for petals and baby’s breath during a statewide shortage. And Voilà! On pickup the day before my wedding, he had our petal & table decoration florals pre-prepared, quick to check out and helped load them into our car. All the while, telling positive stories. Other florists were charging almost double for white petals! So glad I chose Belflora for our wedding florals. I’d absolutely recommend them for all weddings!

A great florist. The owner was super helpful when I was buying flowers for a friend who has gone though a loss. He carried the flowers to the car and also gave me a free vase to use.Having recently moved from Sydney it’s hard to find somewhere where there is a quality large range of flowers. They are beautiful at Belflora!

My friend sent me some beautiful sunflowers today, delivered by Belfora. The gentleman who brought them to the door was super lovely and helped me with the door as i’ve got a broken foot. Wonderful flowers and beautifully wrapped. I’ll be sending flowers from here next time!

Have been buying flowers from Belflora for years at least 4 times a year and have NEVER had bad service or bad flowers. I mostly buy their natives, I walk in, say g’day to one of the florist and Immediately I have someone asking how they can help me.Thank you Ladies.
