I'm not really a burger person but I had to try it since its the first store outside of Victoria.Loaded fries and onion rings were really good! I don't think i've ever had onion rings as good as these before. Cheese sauce on the loaded fries made it taste so much better! Fried chicken burger was juicy and flavourful. Great addition with the coleslaw and spicy sauce that comes with the burger to round up the flavours. Had a bit of a wait but its understandable as they just opened and a lot of people are trying it. I work in fast food too and there is only so much a team can do to push out orders so i completely understand!Honestly, didn't mind waiting at all as food was fresh out the grill and hot when i picked it up. Service by the young lady was excellent as she helped explain the menu in detail. Will definitely be back for another go; waffle with fried chicken and the mushroom burger sounds delicious!Pattysmiths has a bright future ahead and it can only get better from here on out. First time ordering from Pattysmiths in Toowoomba and oh my gosh, the food was excellent! So yummy and came delivered promptly and packed well for the journey. The loaded fries are the best, as well as the strawberry thickshake! Will definitely order from here again!

The burgers and chips are way better here than anywhere else. A little dearer than elsewhere, however there's no flavour comparison. I'm happy to pay a little extra for real" food and not McDonald's

Just for the record, the actual food here is great; no complaints on that. However still giving this place a 3 star review because the pricing is an a bit steep. Charging over $22 just for a little box with a small burger, a few chips & a bottle of drink is just robbery in my opinion.EDIT; after posting this review initially, I have since edited my rating & comments as I felt my original analysis was a bit too harsh. The burgers are a bit more gourmet than most places, though I still think the pricing could be evaluated.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The loaded fries were not so loaded more a small handful in a burger box and not the tray as in the picture.The burgers bit salty tasted good as I was getting hangry. However poor value for money.I will try another burger, fries shop in the T Bar next time.I sense the business cares more on profit than taste
