Ordered online. SMS advising when / how to collect arrived after we had collected. Directions to pick up point didn't work as you couldn't get in car park. Wasted a lot of time.

This is a review of Dan Murphy's as a company and NOT of the Mosman shop. I needed to use the customer service to reschedule a delivery of a present. Well, you can no longer speak to a person, instead there's a useless BOT and only if it can't resolve your problem, you get to live chat" to a person who asks you the same information again and you have to type it all again.
