Oberon Mini Storage

Hey, it's a storage facility. A series of garages joined together on a block of dirt, what can one say! We found the managing agents friendly and efficient, the location in the 'industrial' area is fine. Units get a bit of dust blown in but the agent suggested a rolled up sheet along the bottom edge of the door and that works well. All good, really.

Good storage

Organised storage being told my unit would be under surveillanceWhen i got there with they key there were no cameras near my storage. They gave me a refund for all but the key fee.They didnt provide what they had informed me and i was told i couldnt sort it out on the day as the person wpuld call me on monday. They never called so i called tue and went back to the area on sat (living 2hrs away)To hand key back as i was specifically told to keep then till i heard from themThen i was told i would get the key refund after arguing my case and pointing out that i did everything i could to sort it out immediately and that i was following their instructions. 2 weeks later still nothing. Just got off the phone with them and funny enough they are going back on what they said and are not goving the refund. Yet i had to call them to find out whats going onPoor poor poorVery unsatisfied and considering i was looking to go towards the area i would never recommend them to anyone and definately will not be using their services
