After extensive research and the gathering of quotes, I settled on Prestige Kit Homes. While I chose one of their already existing kit designs, there was still opportunity to make changes to suit my needs. Nothing was too difficult; the staff were extremely responsive and helpful and the changes to the original design I made did not cost me an ‘arm and a leg’. The build went according to plan (I also had an excellent builder), materials arrived on time, were all very good quality, exactly what I expected and paid for, and there were no other hidden costs. Communication was clear, open and genuine, and I felt considered and cared about throughout the entire process.The entire process was surprisingly easy and uncomplicated. My home is gorgeous and just how I imagined it would be. I would recommend Prestige Kit Homes and I would definitely work with them again.

Purchased the Gracemere from Prestige Kit Homes for a Owner Builder project in Tasmania. The company and all staff exceeded our expectations with quality, service and overall product. Always available to assist with everything we needed and products locally sourced has made this owner build stress free. My brother and I built my kit home in Western Australia, in a rural suburb called Woodridge. We cannot express enough the overwhelming feeling of accomplishment two novice builders felt when we finished the build. Prestige Kit Homes were invaluable in sharing their expert advice, guidance and building tricks through the whole build. Peter who was our go to guide advised us from what to present to the Shire to the tricky business of hanging cornices. He always replied promptly through txt, email and phone with unbelievable patience for us rookies. The building supplies always came on time when each step was completed allowing us to move seemlessly onto each step. I have now lived in the house three years and my brother and I still marvel at the kitchen we assembled, the roof we built and the gyrock we hung and so on.
