I have used these guys for all our cars (3), and they always look after us. Recently had to replace 2 tyres on one and do another 2 tyres and alignment on wifes car, talked about price options and they really helped out and, gave us options and discussed pros, cons. I have shopped around but these guys, aside from just having good customer service are pretty much cheaper on all their tyres compared to Beaurepairs, Bridgestone and the other retailers.

I rang the Rockingham store for a quote to check the tracking on my car the female who answered had no clue what I was asking for I repeated I needed a quote to check my tracking FOUR more times and still she had no clue so I then asked her if she could put one of the fitters on as they would know exactly what I wanted she then LAUGHED at me and HUNG UP been going to BJ for years and up till now theyve allways been great but wont be going back any more , service ? they now couldnt SPELL it

I ordered x5 steel 4x4 rims from this store in November 2022 its now coming into May 2023 and still don't have my complete order. I picked up x4 of my rims a few weeks after purchase however trying to get the last the last rim, I purchased has been I nightmare. I've been in store multiple times to try resolve this issue however each time I just get told a different excuse. Still waiting on the product, I purchased. Hopefully leaving a bad review on google might make them care a bit about their costumers and get me the product I paid for as it has been a long 5 months of waiting.

Amazing service... I just got a screw in my tyre and turned up to Bob Jane T-marts as they were closing, and it wasn't any issue for them to help me out with a tyre repair.. thanks, guys. I'll be back to see you for 2 front tyres soon.

I ordered in run flat tyres for my wife car 3 days prior . Came in for fitting on the day we agreed on .Tyres had not been ordered, staff got on the phone to order them infront of me and said would have to rebook . She then starts to order 2 tyres when 3 days early I ask for 4 new tyres to be fitted.Said they tried calling me but was a number missing from my phone number (wouldn't u realise that 3 days earlier when u took my number?).Very unprofessional service.Can highly recommend the Bridgestone store a few hundred metres down the road . Very professional and guaranteed next day fitting.

I had a slow leak in one tyre, phoned Bob Jane to arrange a fixture. Was seen that day , dropped off the keys and was out within 40 minutes. Problem fixed for $40, what more could you want!
