Extremely happy with Utopia. If I had a problem they would offer solutions. Finished the job as if it was there own and were able to finish it before they said they would. Always helpful and a great team of people to deal with. Well done Utopia!

This company was recommended by the pool company. 1st call was in April this year & was told the next available quote appointment was June. I chose to wait as they knew when my pool was going in & everything. Finally got to quote day, he was only here for about 30mins thought he knew what I wanted without seeking any clarification & left. A week later I received my quote but it was not complete. After another month of going backwards & forwards with the office lady instead of the owner just taking the time for a call to set everything straight, time was just wasted & to this day I still don’t have a completed quote.Customer service is basically non existent. I hope the jobs they do make up for the lack of service.Guess I’ll never know
