Wow! Do not book this place at any cost. The manager definitely needs a career change and that's not dealing with the public. Rude and aggressive for no reason. Shame as location is good. Rooms are ok!

Stayed here 25-27Jul. On paying on EFTPOS device I asked male reception person where to scan card as all devices are different. Some scan at top, others at the side etc. I was sarcastically told wherever I liked!This place is extremely noisy with construction in play nearby.I went to check out morning of 27Jul and found reception closed with a number to call. I called and was sarcastically told that instructions are in the room to leave keys in room. I am sorry I missed this but no need for bad manners! I left key locked in room on table as told. Later around midday I get a call from same man saying they had cleaned the room and no keys were found. I explained what I had done and was accused of lying?! He said he would recheck. I waited hoping they would find the key and heard nothing back. Not even an apology!!

Arriving to a nice view from the upstairs balcony, presented well, the rooms presented well, but unfortunately cleaning could be improved, service could be improved as well as the friendliness towards customers from staff.

Do NOT stay here, the owner is rude and aggressive.When a smoke alarm was going off his solution to me was if I want it to stop I should get my partner to go into that room and stop it........... this was another guests room, not the one we were in !!Appalling attitude.

Scam place. Our booking that we did far in advance was denied upon arrival in a rude and shameless way. Now, being scammed, we've reviewed attentively previous experiences and believe that this motel resales rooms after booking. Be aware!

Room booked by a friend for us, sorry but can't say anything nice about this place, we will never stay here again. ☹

Great motel, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and hot shower. Kitchenette in room with separate table and chairs. 2 sitting chairs too. Free on-site parking.

Tony was a welcoming host. The rooms are clean and well appointed. They are homey and comfortable.

0 or less stars if I could. Abuse is real as others writing. Avoid this place especially if you’re female. Facility is basic and rundown too. If your room doesn’t get wifi, don’t bother asking help as he’ll be offended and yell at you.

I would have to agree with the other reviewers about the owner being abusive. When we got there last night the reception door was closed so we approached and pressed the door bell. We then read the sign that says call on this number so started to do that. We heard a ruffling and the owner came opens the door and says 'well your just impatient aren't you'... i ignored it, no point putting fuel on the fire, and then my partner was closing the door behind him and it wasn't closing properly and the owner very quickly says 'just leave it' and aggressively follows up with 'I SAID JUST LEAVE IT'. Anywho, aside from his abrupt aggressive and frankly unprovoked rude behaviour, the room was fine. Nice that there were arnott's buscuits. Bed wash shocking to sleep on, definitely felt every spring. But it was clean at least and could just leave the key in the room when we left this morning so didn't need another interaction with Mr Grumpy Pants.
