I called hoxton park and asked them if they installed headlights and they said they do all they have to do is inspect, I drove 20 minutes for one of the staff members to tell me they cannot do it because it was sprinkling probably the bare minimum and to come back later. I waited half an hour to see them come out and check someone else’s car outside so I walked in and another staff member came and did my headlights no complaints. Very disappointed.

Charmaine was the most helpful customer service representative. I don’t know anything about cars and she even came out to the parking lot to check my car out and provide me with the exact product I needed. She definitely deserves a promotion :)

Assistant manager Michael always goes the extra mile to help out the customers. Very greatful for his excellent customer service. The rest of the team at the store are the best bunch of staff I have spoken to for help and advice compared to other stores I have been to. Great work Hoxton Park Team.

Great team. I walked onto the store after phoning beforehand about a wiper replacement issue. After being moved on by staff at Wetherill Park who could t be bothered.. really...seeing them have a club meeting in a room near to the entrance, Stan the store manager at HP was wonderful, super helpful super easy. I feel relieved with the rain coming and not needing to go to the dealership as suggested by WP, hopeless.

I had problem with ordering the wrong size battery for my 4WD plus not having digital proof of payment though Afterpay. They quickly resolved the problem .I was impressed with their professional behavior to my problem .
