If you want to make a booking and turn and be treated like you didn't make one this place is great. I really enjoyed how they kept opening the door and the two of them fumbled about with the tanning machine whilst I was in a state of undress. Very comfortable. The best part was paying $45 for an embarrassing experience and patchy as tan. Go elsewhere.

She wasn't friendly she seemed stand ofish the eyebrows don't look nice. Paid 22 for it.

Avoid this place as their staff are not qualified or trained as described. I would not come here for any treatment or service that requires any skill. I had my young child’s ears pierced here and regret it. The staff were unprofessional and I should’ve walked out when they were chewing gum and blowing bubbles in our faces whilst getting the piercing gun ready, disgusting. Then they marked the ears and only managed to piece 1 ear rather than 2 at a time because one of the staff couldn’t work the hun properly. Whilst the other ear was bleeding and my daughter screaming, they didn’t know what to do or whether they had even pierced the other ear. At this stage, I was ready to walk out with one ear only done. They didn’t know if they had pierced the other ear then said to come back later and were brushing me off. The ear was bleeding and I started questioning their hygiene practices. We paid and left quickly. I am so appalled. It was very clear these staff had no experience in piercing let alone doing it to a young child. I am escalating this further and lodging complaints as this business needs to be shut down for being unsafe. It also wouldnt surprise me if they didn’t have any real qualifications to undertake piercing or any service here given how they did this and how completely unprofessional the entire place is. I am just appalled, they should have said they were inexperienced instead of creating this traumatic experience for us. You’ll be hearing from us again as this is something that should never happen to anyone and you should not be trading.

My sister suggested me to do eyebrow threading and facial in glorious beauty. It was my first time getting threading and I wanted to get my eyebrow done. The lady was Kind, explained everything to me Very well on what to expect, and cared a great deal about me leaving happy. She held a great conversation as well.This place is beautiful and I will definitely be going back.

I had a great experience. I had my eye brows threaded and face waxed. I hardly felt it and the worker did a thorough job. Will be returning soon.

More like inglorious beauty.Store was unattended but I still went in for an eyebrow wax. The lady did not even acknowledge the shape of the eyebrow nor her client and was in such a rush to resume whatever was preoccupying her before. The wax was way too hot and the outcome was below standard. Finally, I realised I was overcharged after looking at the price list upon leaving the store. No wonder the store is a ghost town. Take your money and go somewhere else that will provide you a far better service.
