Rachel has been very professional and communication was excellent. She kept me posted the progress regularly and did an amazing job in finding the new tenants within a week of advertising the property. I must admit that I'd never heard of Jacob and his company until less than a few months ago, when he was recommended to me from another property owner I knew who had also decided to go with Property West Realty, after some lacklustre results from one of the well-known major players in the real estate business. Simply taking too long (up to three months) to find any tenants to move in.It was no made-up story. I contacted Property West Realty when I decided to rent out my property to tenants, and within a month there were good, respectable tenants moving in. Was legit surprised by how smooth and drama-free the process was.There's never a long wait to receive a call-back from Jacob if he misses your call, and is highly efficient with his communication.
