I have found Pristine an excellent company to deal with. A year ago they cleaned my 7 tanks and installed a filtration system for one house tank which has noticeably improved our water quality. This week they repaired cracks in another inground cement tank and installed a filtration system for it as well. In each case Jason and Reece answered my many questions willingly. I highly recommend Pristine as they explained everything I wanted to know and carried out the work in a professional manner, leaving me confident about the quality of my water supply.

Pristine Water Systems installed a new filtration system and tank clean on our home in Tinbeerwah which we had recently moved into. We received good advice from the technician who was very professional, thorough and offered good advice. We're very happy with the new system.

Overall, very positive experience: we recently moved in our new home with concrete tanks about 30 years old. In a matter of a few days we organised the inspection of our tanks. We have been able to look inside and they really needed a clean! It is amazing the amount of sediment that accumulates in the years. A few days after, we went ahead and completed the job without any problem. We also had a water filtration system put in place. Now we feel very confident that our water is safe to drink.

Spoke to Rani about removing Tannin from our water supply and she couldn't have been more helpful and informative (a blood cell is 7 microns for example :-)). Such was her efforts we have a Tech coming out to review or water filtration set up and offer us more than what we intended. Professionalism, personability and honesty go along way in any business. Well done!

Thank you for your friendly and supportive service. I had a small tank which was serviced within a day or so of my call, and also thankful for installation of a new filter. This is the second time I have used this business and highly recommend Pristine Water services and staff!
