I dont think I would have asked for a better agent!! The service, the attention on top of the empathy these girls have showed me was overwhelming. Going through major problems within the year on top of the pandemic, the support and help I received from all were excellent. They knew how to make me feel better and comforted me not just as an agent/tenant but as a friend. Used the Ray white agency in wentworthville for leasing a townhouse in pendle hill, long story short stayed 6 months, had to chase them constantly to get repairs done, agents were unprofessional and rude on many occasions, were caught lying and hiding the truth. We ended up taking them to the tenancy tribunal and getting compensation. Will not recommend at all, and happy to have cut all ties with them. Document everything and take photos if you are to deal with them for anything. Would give them zero stars if it were possible.
