As somebody who has never rebuilt an engine before and initially thought that all discussions with a machine shop should be done through a mechanic - Ray at Windford was bloody awesome to deal with! He understood that I was new to engine building and took the time to explain everything that we should or shouldn't be doing to my Porsche engine. His turn around times were amazing and all of my engine parts and heads have come back in practically new condition.I even had a follow up question a few weeks after we had completed our transaction and Ray was only too happy to take a few mins out of his busy workload to help me with my newbie questions!Highly recommend!

Great experience with ray, who spent the time to explain all my questions I had for him about specs, clearances, the do's and don'ts and other related info as I'm a novice and currently building my first motor.I have had a great experiences on several different occasions with fast turn around, decent pricing.Ray really has ticked the boxes with delivering what a customer would expect, with upfront transparency, keeping to promised deadlines, and delivering on what is necessary without gouging the customer for unnecessary work.Top points from me and will be back for the next project for sure!

An excellent engine rebuilder. Has rebuilt 3 Holden engines for me. All cars had traveled at least 199,000 Klm.His prices were just perfect meaning affordable and never missed a beat.A great job done !!!!!!
