I have been training with Rach for a couple of years now and I would recommend her to anyone!She is SUPER knowledgeable and very adaptable. If I am feeling low on energy or have tweaked an injury, she adapts the training session on the spot. She is non-judgemental, very understanding and we always have a have a laugh.My goals become her goals as she guides me and holds me accountable.I had knee issues when I first started and Rachel planned personalised sessions for me to help strengthen and not aggravate my knees. Going from not being able to walk without pain to last weekend walking the Castle Rock Skywalk without pain is testimony to the improvements I have made through Rachel's guidance.My general strength and fitness has improved so much since training with her so if what you are currently doing isn't working, give Rach a try. You won't regret it!!

Rachel is a true professional. She makes you feel comfortable from the get go. If you have goals to achieve Rachel will put a plan in place for you to get there with all the encouragement and expertise included. This lady is the bomb!!! Her knowledge is incredible and she is very committed to her clients. I highly recommend her for your health and fitness journey.

As someone who never really did alot or enjoyed exercise I can not believe now I love it and look forward to my semi pt classes and that is due to Rachel.Rachel has shown me no matter your age, weight or health it's never to late to start exercising. I am and feel stronger, healthier and so much happier in myself.The variety Rachel sets in each and every class makes each session challenging and fun.My parents who are in their 70's attend Rachel's Senior Sessions and have benefited greatly and highly recommend her and I know they are in very capable hands.

Rachel is one of the best PTs I've come across in a very long time, extremely knowledgeable, demonstrates all movements, explains movements, encourages warm up cool down routines and encourages fitness within your abilities so you don't feel disheartened. Not once have I been weighed, measured or embarrassed by size, I feel that Rachel is purely about fitness and measures it by successfully working toward your fitness goals. Not only is she very personable I have found she understands that children sometimes fall apart of the package deal and is well equipt with adapting and making the children/baby comfortable (within a safe workout space). I have started my post-partum journey and am so glad I had found this gym to do that in.

Rachel is amazing – she always ensures our exercises focus on the areas this Over 55 group needs the most (our joints). She encourages us to challenge ourselves and is very close at hand when we need her support or instruction. We can even contribute to the music being played while we sweat it out! Could not recommend Rachel more highly.

I joined one of Rachel's small PT groups almost a year ago now. From day one I was impressed with her knowledge of health and fitness and her commitment to impart this on her clients. Rachel's workouts vary each week, they are consistently challenging yet she gets us through with a smile. During each workout Rachel consistently monitors each of us for technique and adapts on the spot if there are any niggles or injuries. She is encouraging and supportive, a lovely, warm person and I can't recommend Rachel enough.
