came here around 4.50 pm. the cake is good, staff could be more attentive though, two girls behind the bar was talking non stop and playing on their phone

Le Bon Choix
Finally a local Le Bon Choix location, from my go to location in CBD. Big fan of their cakes for Birthdays. Best almond Croissant in Brisbane. Also pistachio macaroons are my go to with the little cakes and a coffee. Rarely dine in but definitely always takeaway.

Le Bon Choix
Le Bon Choix continues to struggle with their service delivery timeframes after months of operation. It should not take that long to grill a pre-made sandwich and pull a flat white, but takes ages here. That said, the cakes are lovely and bread fantastic. Recommended take away fresh, forget the coffee, enjoy at home.

We do like most of their cakes.Definitely not their coffee.But how disappointing to still advertise cakes in their website like the “Tatafu” ( which was one of the best just to be told in store that they don’t sell it anymore.I’m pretty sure that updating their website doesn’t cost much.

As you'd expect from any Le Bon Choix, the pastry is exceptional. It's a beautiful Cafe with an array of sweets and savoury food. From cakes, pastries, tarts, and macaroons to quiches and pies.The pain au chocolat and almond croissant are the best in the area with layers of buttery goodness.Keen to try their coffee and other services.

Large cake was pretty disappointing.Purchased a 22cm Fleur de Lis cake from your Indooroopilly store. Couldn't fault the flavour combination, and the sponge/cake component was excellent, however it was tiny. Just sixteen cm in diameter and only 2/3 the height of the overall cake. The rest of the volume of the cake was comprised of thick layers of cream - see picture.Is this a mistake, did someone use the wrong size cake - or is this what I can expect from all large cakes at Le Bon Choix?This was a very expensive purchase for a birthday cake, and everyone who tried it thought the cream was excessive. Disappointing.

Excellent coffee. Pastries are very close to what I could get in France - their Apple Danish is delicious.Wide range of speciality small gateaux, and full size gateaux. Delicious filled luncheon baguettes, and some other savoury options, quiche, etc.A couple of different breads with butter and jam.Just now, there are also Hot Cross Buns.They sell a limited number of very good Sourdough loaves. Be there early!They also provide catering.
