Very disappointed and frustrated while report an event to a Constable, who is a racist, no common sense, no professionalism, no idea to serve to citizens as paid by tax payers. Very bad reputation from what I heard too.

Such a pleasant experience from all 3 officers that came through about a neighbour noise complaint. I even noticed the gentleman officer who came over lowered his voice while speaking to us because he knew our kids were asleep upstairs. On top of this they followed up as promised and called us a few days later to make sure everything was okay. Couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you

They don't have police officers here so don't bother go in and ask for help. We nearly got run over by this guy as he said we took his spot and was very aggressive and this was infront of police station and we asked for their help and they said no and we have to wait 40 mins to an hr.There was 7 officers just having a cup of tea so I'm assuming they are admin people just wearing police uniform acting like a police officer.So if you are fear for your life and police station is next to you still call 000 for help

My first experience at a police station. My car was hit by another vehicle and was asked by insurer to lodge a police report. The junior lady constable (totally no empathy) made me feel as if I was the culprit. She's also racist. When she eventually provided me with the name of the other car owner, she sounded nicer to him on the phone than to me. Luckily the senior constable apologised for her rudeness and blamed it on inexperience. Do not rely on police when you need help. They can be intimidating!

Have had need to check on lockdown restrictions twice in the last weeks. A young lady there has been extremely helpful on both occassions. Polite and efficient staff

Got a car accident today but sadly the other party hit and run. I went to Eastwood station to report the hit n run incidents. One policewoman quickly approach me to see what she can help while Constable Ken Wallace is also very helpful and patient to take down all the details and explain the process/ consequence as I'm going to file a report for insurance claim. We are lucky to have these dedicated public servants! Keep up the good work!

On 14 October, I got pulled over by some officers conducting RBT. They noticed that I had a flat tyre. I did not know how to change a tyre and was about to drive home to get it sorted. The officers were nice enough to change my tyre for me.It started raining while they were in the middle of changing my tyre and I did not manage to get their names/details. They were driving a Kia (I believe it might've been a Kia Sorento) and we were in Epping at the time! I'm not too sure if they are from Eastwood Police Station, but MASSIVE THANK YOU for being such a help!

It was my first time reporting case in the police station today. A bit unsettle at first. But constable Gill has been really polite and professional. He listened us patiently and provide us some suggestions. It made a big difference for us.
