Sunshine Coast Ninjas 'Bujinkan Ninjutsu' 'Kobudo Martial Arts

I trained for many years in Brisbane, and then after a long break, have rejoined classes in Bujinkan Ninjutsu here on the Sunshine Coast. I'm loving being back at training. I've lost weight and feel fantastic. This martial art is great for everyone to learn as budo does not rely on muscle, rather budo is the expression of Natural Fluid Body Weight in Motion, combined with a knowledge of how the body moves. The location is easy and quick to get to, and I would highly recommend these classes to anyone looking for a comprehensive martial art to study.

Bujinkan Ninjutsu is an amazing art form and is suitable for all ages. I have enjoyed coming to training for nearly two years and can highly recommend it. It is wonderful to feel fully alive and present. Bujinkan Ninjutsu is the perfect practice for stilling the mind, conditioning the body and refining the spirit.

I really enjoy training in the art of Bujinkan Ninjutsu, and Sensei Shayne is a great teacher to learn it from. The versatility and practicality of the martial art makes it easy to appreciate Bujinkans usefulness. The philosophies that are learned alongside the physical aspects provide food for thought and enhance the experience of training. I would happily recommend to friends and colleges.

Great classes here for Self-Defense, learning to handle your body and your emotions in any stressful situation.Very good teacher and training is fun. My 3 kids attend and love it.Training is in school hall currently on Tuesday & Thursday evenings.

My daughter has been going to Sunshine Coast Ninjas for about a year now and she loves it, is doing really well and wants to continue.I so recommend ninjutsu as a meditation practice, sport and self defence.Great dojo.
