Such a horrible experience,After reaching out via few emails, google post, and in person complaining, I yet to receive any feedback from them.Spoken to service manager in person to book time and speak to principal, but NO Response Yet. NOT even curtsy call..My new car has been ripped open without my permission,Workmanship was very poor,Visible faults after repair work done on brand new car.Faults shown to service personnel with No responseWorst case was not getting any response on serious safety concern (electric burning smell) I flagged after I received my car from them,Is that what toyota brag about customer satisfaction ?Can someone please guide how/where do I get some advice for legal actions ?

Michael Clarke is easy to talk to, professional, all the while understanding and very helpful. Friendly and patient. One of the best professionals to have dealt with. Definitely a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am very happy with service. I met Lucky - new car sales consultant. He was fantastic and very professional and knew all the details about the cars. If you ever go to Scarborough Toyota go and meet Lucky.

Overall 100% was an awesome experience dealing with Greg in sales.Was extremely friendly and forward.If he was unsure, he said he'll ask and double check. Rather then making an assumption which wouldn't happen (had this happen at other dealerships).Would definitely be dealing with him in the future.Only concern was the overall experience with the dealership regarding communication and organisation. I've tried to get the manager to contact me via email. (yet to hear from them). As would like discuss some concern regarding the process.But can see Greg definitely going far with his career! Appreciate your help mate.

Went to Scarboro Toyota with my partner to decide on what car to get. Michael was extremely helpful. He was calm and took his time to explain and even show us some of the available models in store.I would recommend him any day.Thank you Michael.

An absolute nightmare to deal with dealership. Would give them no stars if I could.Car was delivered on 31/03/2023, the initial used car sales person David Bleakley was not there for delivery. I mentioned to sales person Izaac who handled my paperwork, the car was not ready/ roadworthy at the time of delivery. After a phone call with David I was assured all the issues would be resolved.It took two weeks of constant texts, calls and emails and I finally got a text message from David stating all issues would be resolved and I would be contacted by the following Monday.Issues listed below with photos:1). Service light was on at delivery2). Low tyre pressure warning - all 4 tyres under 20 psi on delivery3). Rear tail light cracked and not working properly.4). Inside of the car absolutely filthy and covered in dirt, sand and spillage.I was told I would be reimbursed for the detailing which I had sort out myself and have heard nothing back. I am still currently chasing up the car detailing invoice to be paid. Tail light has only just been resolved and I’m having to take it back to the dealership for the 2nd time as the 1st taking it back was an absolute waste of time with no parts being ordered or ready.This car was purchased for my partner and 3 month old, delivery in this state is utterly appalling.

Absolutely wonderful people . The sales manager dealt with us personally and then had a really nice young chap, named Michael Clarke, give us a test drive in the Corolla Cross hybrid SUV we ended up placing an order for. The white body with black trim looks just amazing.

I had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Jake. After researching and looking for multiple vehicles online privately, it was very evident that I needed to buy a secondhand car from a dealership, just to ensure there was some warranty. Jake, what is more than happy to answer all my questions and also guide me in the right direction.
