Arrived at 7am and waited 40 minutes just to get in the door. Clearly this collection centre is understaffed. Almost 1 hour and 15 minutes wait for a fasting blood test is ridiculous!

I am a difficult patient when it comes to blood tests. My veins are very uncooperative. The lady who was on duty in the morning on Thursday 5th March 2020 was a gem. She gave me confidence that she could do it, and she did, first time.Well done, and a credit to QML. As I ssid to her when I was leaving, if you have a history of feeling like a pin cudhion when having blood tests, you appreciate practitioners who know whag they're doing.

Absolutely ridiculous wait times, go elsewhere unless you’ve got hours to spare. It cannot possibly take 2 hours to process 10 people!

The two Kate's were great..Beautiful people, but unfortunately they've moved on. The new staff who were there today were rude and condescending.

The lady at the reception desk was extremely rude even to the point where the phlebotomist apologised to me when getting my blood taken that it was normal behaviour for her to act in that manner. Overall good clean environment but a rather small waiting area. This place tends to get busy and the sitting area only caters for approx 8-10 patients. It’s the normal take a number and wait to be called routine.

Close at 11.30 Saturday not 12 as hours stated online. Drive 25mins to get here and was closed.
